Our staff members are among the most important factors of our success and excellence. Our work is performed by a group of highly skilled, highly-qualified, and knowledgeable professionals at all levels, including management, marketing, sales, and accounting.
This is in addition to our technical personnel, comprising engineers, technicians, and laborers, all of whom are trained to the highest standards.
We have also strived to recruit ambitious and promising talented young Saudis. We provide them with training and employment opportunities. As a result, Saudis comprise around 30% of our overall manpower.
